2. Website Purpose

This website aims to provide information about BlueCMR services, a B2B SaaS platform for the management of digital transport documents (eCMR, consignment notes, DCA and other transport documents).

BlueCMR operates as an electronic freight transport information platform (eFTI platform) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic freight transport information. The platform is designed to comply with the functional and security requirements established in said Regulation and its implementing legislation.

3. Terms of Use

Access to the BlueCMR website grants the condition of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services that BlueCMR offers through its website, refraining from using them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and the current legal framework.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the website, including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of BlueCMR S.L.U. or third parties, and no exploitation rights over them may be understood as assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of BlueCMR S.L.U. or third parties, and access to the website does not grant the user any rights over them.

5. eFTI Platform Status

BlueCMR operates as an eFTI (Electronic Freight Transport Information) platform in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1056. In this capacity, BlueCMR is designed to store, process and facilitate access to electronic freight transport information in accordance with the requirements established in said Regulation.

As an eFTI platform, BlueCMR complies with the obligations to provide competent authorities with access to transport information stored on the platform during inspections and legal verification processes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 and applicable national legislation.

BlueCMR holds an eFTI Certification Mark that accompanies all information sent to competent authorities, validating that the platform meets the legal and technical requirements to operate as an eFTI platform. Details of said certification will be published in this Legal Notice when available.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlueCMR S.L.U. shall not be liable for any damages of any nature that may arise from the use of the website, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs.

BlueCMR S.L.U. reserves the right to make without prior notice any modifications it deems appropriate to its website, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.
